To make an online contribution:

1) Select Contribution type and then enter the amount for the type
     of contribution you would like to make > press "Create Item".

2) Click the "Add to Cart" button for the item created to add the
     payment to your shopping cart.

3) DO NOT ENTER DOLLAR SIGN ( i.e. enter 20.00 NOT $20.00)
